1.     All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in the ECL GAMING PLAYERS CLUB (hereinafter, ECLPC).
2.    Valid, government-issued photo identification, acceptable to the management, will be required for membership registration and for obtaining any information on an ECLPC account. Redemptions can be made at any time using the ECLPC Card assigned to the player, no ID required.
3.    Only Members listed on an ECLPC account may access account information or engage in any transactions relating to the ECLPC account. The sharing of Cards is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the ECLPC.
4.    ECLPC Cards, points and awards are not transferable without prior written approval from Management.
5.    ECLPC points are earned by Members in accordance with their gaming activity. Management may revise the method for earning points without notice at their discretion. Points may be earned and redeemed at this, and or any affiliated participating location. All points are considered promotional and may not be cashed out. Any redeemed points must be played at the time of redemption on the machine on which the points were redeemed.
6.    Monthly free play levels will be calculated on base points earned. Any promotional points awarded will not be used in determining free play levels. Free play levels will be re-evaluated monthly; based on the previous 90 days in which points were earned. Free play awards are non-cashable and expire 60 days from issuance. ECLPC may change this criterion at its discretion.
7.    Points are redeemable for thirteen (13) months from the date they are earned and thereafter automatically expire and are unavailable for redemption. Points may be redeemed at any Eclipse Route Operations Game Site participating location. All points in the account that have not been redeemed will be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account within 13 months. Management may change this criterion at its discretion.
8.    The ECLPC Card must be inserted into the card reader for the duration of play to record play and earn points. If the Card Reader does not acknowledge the Member by his/her registered first name, Member play will not be recorded. The Card must then be reinserted to work properly. It is the member’s sole responsibility to ensure their Card was properly read.
9.    ECLPC account discrepancies must be reported immediately to Management to be eligible for reconsideration.
10.    Any misuse of the ECLPC Card or improper play as determined by Management in its sole discretion may result in forfeiture of all ECLPC account-accumulated points. In addition, such misuse or improper play may result in the cancellation of the Member’s participation in the ECLPC.
11.    ECLPC Members should notify Management of any name, address, or telephone number changes to continue to receive information on membership offers, bonuses, party invitations or other ECLPC events.
12.    Management reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the ECLPC or revoke an ECLPC Member’s Card at any time in their sole discretion.
13.    Participation in this promotion constitutes the ECLPC Member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of the ECLPC and the decisions of Management.
14.    All applicable taxes relating to the ECLPC Member receipt of any awards are the sole responsibility of the Member.
15.    Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
16.    Any ECLPC Card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, or mechanically reproduced, is damaged, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, Management reserves the right to void any ECLPC Card at any time in its sole discretion.
17.    Any rule or procedure relating to the ECLPC may be changed, modified, or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion.

New Player Sign-Up Bonus
New Players will be issued a Players Club Card upon signing up. A $10.00 non-cashable free play bonus will be awarded when 100 base points are earned in a single day.  Qualifying points must be earned within a single calendar day any time after initial card issuance. Free play bonus expires 60 days from issuance.   Only one New Player Sign Up Bonus per player per lifetime.
